The Site provides information about our services, allows you to request an AI Opportunity Audit, and enables you to contact us. Engaging our services requires a separate written agreement and is not created solely by your use of the Site.

Submitting a contact form or requesting an AI Opportunity Audit does not create a formal business relationship, consulting engagement, or client agreement with Utilly AI. A formal engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Information provided on the Site about our services does not constitute a binding offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Utilly AI does not guarantee specific results from our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Utilly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• Utilly AI shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Utilly AI, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim
